Here at James Logan High School, we respect and celebrate the fact that there is a wide variety of individuals with diverse backgrounds in our program.  Our team strives to create strong relationships with one another by handling any trials and tribulations of the game with dignity and respect.  In times of adversity and high levels of competition, our young men will work together to find ways in which to successfully handle these moments and then apply the knowledge they gained to every day scenarios, both on and off the baseball field.  Through shared experiences and persistent practice, the team will anchor their success.  Success defined not purely by the number of wins, but by the breadth of improvement.  Focusing on betterment will instill an intrinsic motivation that will lead to success both on and off the field.
